Governance
Woodlands Library Cooperative (WLC) is governed by a nine-member board, as advised by the Cooperative Director and Advisory Council. Membership on the board is appointed on a rotating basis by member libraries.
The Advisory Council, consisting of member library directors, makes recommendations to the Director and Governing Board of Trustees on issues pertaining to cooperative operations.
